• Shipping Tips: We do our best to protect your order. If your chocolate arrives melted (rare but possible), place it in the freezer immediately to firm up, it won't affect taste or quality.

• Cold Pack Included in price: A cold gel pack has been added to your order for extra protection during hot weather and even in the cold weather due to shipments sitting in hot warehouses on the shipping journey to you. It has been included in the price. This help insures the best protection of your chocolate. However, there can still be problems. We do our best. No refunds if melted.

• No Refunds: Please note, there are no refunds for melting, breakage, or after sale completion. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

• If Melted: they are foiled sealed, put them in the freezer when that happens.
