No Refunds - All Sales Final

Due to the handmade, perishable nature of my chocolate bars, all sales are final with no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

What You're Getting: Each 100g, 71% dark chocolate bar is handmade, hand-wrapped, hand-foiled, and hand-signed by me (Connie Willis). A frozen cold pack is included in your order for protection during shipping.

What You Need to Know:

Quantities
- Each bar is handmade one at a time by me. You get a case of 12!
Chocolate is perishable
- It can melt in hot weather or during shipping delays
Cold pack included
- I do my best to protect your order, but shipping conditions are beyond my control
If melted
- Place the foil-sealed bar in the freezer immediately to firm up. This won't affect taste or quality (but don't keep it in there - this is quality chocolate! Eat it and enjoy!)

By purchasing, you agree:

No refunds for melting, breakage, shipping delays, or any other reason after sale completion
Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot control what happens during shipping
All sales are final
