Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Each chocolate bar is handmade by me (Connie Willis) one at a time. Processing time varies depending on current inventory:

• When in stock: Orders ship within 24-48 business hours
• Made-to-order or awaiting chocolate delivery: If I need to create your bars or am waiting on international chocolate shipments, processing time will vary depending on production schedule and chocolate availability

I'll keep you updated on your order status. You will be notified when your order ships.

Shipping Methods: I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the best option for protecting your chocolate during transit.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. A frozen cold pack is included in the price for protection during shipping.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping: I currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Responsibility: Once your package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
